You are used to screen, evaluate and select local Ukrainian suppliers within limited timelines.<\/p>\n<h2>Procurement Manager Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Selecting vendors, establishing payment terms, strategic vetting, selection, the negotiation of contracts and actual purchasing of goods and services for the wind energy park construction project<\/li>\n<li>Tendering and negotiation of contracts and ongoing management of commercial contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Helping to manage internal supply needs at the office and construction site level<\/li>\n<li>Leading the process of supplier quality and safety compliance control and evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Part of the supplier claim management process<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate closely with project manager, HSE team and local project administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procurement Manager Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 6 years experience in civil construction, power plant or wind energy park procurement projects<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in multi-million $ project based procurement<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on approach<\/li>\n<li>Civil engineering background<\/li>\n<li>Russian or Ukrainian native language, English skills are an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Project Summary<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Largest Ukrainian wind energy park project in the south of Ukraine<\/li>\n<li>Project start October 2018<\/li>\n<li>Contract duration 18 months with extension option for other local and international projects<\/li>\n<li>International end customer and EPC contractor<\/li>\n<li>BoP (balance of plant) works are outsourced to local Ukrainian suppliers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Company Information<\/h2>\n<p class=\"1hd8u\">Clarus Eastern Europe is a German owned human resource company in Ukraine.
