2+ years of experience in a similar position in the IT field (including understanding of programming languages and frameworks);
\nExperience in recruiting on the European market;
\nExperience in successfully closing various vacancies, including middle, senior\/higher level vacancies;
\nExcellent communication skills;
\nAbility to listen and hear;
\nResponsibility and care;
\nOwn modern tools for searching for candidates;
\ninterviewing skills, including competency-based interviews;
\nUpper intermediate + level of English.
\nIt will also be great if you have:
\nThe ability to see hidden risks in candidates and clearly formulate them to the job applicant;
\nMotivational skills \u2013 you know how to make a candidate fall in love with our company and project;
\nOptimism and sense of humor \ud83d\ude42
\nWhat are you going to do:
\nConduct a labor market analysis: reduction in average wages, number of potential candidates, etc.;
\ndevelop, improve, publish sales texts of job vacancies and place them on job sites and other resources for searching for specialists;
\nConduct initial interviews with candidates and prepare feedback based on the results of the meeting (according to the candidate's competencies and risks);
\nTransfer the relevant candidates to the second stage of the interview and visit them;
\nConduct a direct search for candidates (in Europe and Ukraine), as well as search for \u201ccold\u201d candidates in the resume database;
\nBuilding long-term relationships with candidates;
\nMake and sign a job offer with the candidate;
\nAnalyze your work on projects.
