You will review and rate online video search results to improve their content and quality. You will be required to provide feedback and analysis of video content found in search engine results and provide ratings for their relevance to the search terms used.<\/p>\n

A very important aspect of this role will be to review and rate video content for potentially upsetting or offensive material to make online browsing safer and more secure for all users. Through this work, you will be making a valuable contribution by giving your opinion on the quality and content of what is currently on the Internet and protecting users from viewing inappropriate material.<\/p>\n

Who is suitable for this role?<\/p>\n

We are currently looking for dynamic and creative individuals with a strong interest in social media, particularly those who are active daily users of their Gmail accounts. We also require suitable candidates to own and use a smartphone – Android or iPhone – and have familiarity with other forms of social media and Google products. You must also be flexible and reliable and able to interpret and follow established guidelines.
\nYou will have the flexibility and freedom to work from your own home, working your own time. You are expected to work a minimum of 10 hours and up to 20 hours per week depending on the availability of assignments. We are currently looking for people with a specific smartphone (Android V4.2 or higher or iPhone running iOS version 10.0 or higher) to complete the tasks.<\/p>\n

What are the basic requirements for the role?
\n\u2022 You must be fluent in written and spoken English and Ukrainian
\n\u2022 You must have lived in Germany for the last 5 consecutive years
\n\u2022 You must own and use a smartphone (Android V4.2 or higher or iPhone running iOS version 10.0 or higher) to complete the tasks
\n\u2022 Most types of tasks require both a desktop\/laptop computer and a smartphone
\n\u2022 Gmail must be your primary email account
\n\u2022 You should have familiarity with current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media and cultural affairs in Germany
\n\u2022 Experience using web browsers and smartphone applications to navigate and interact with a variety of content
\n\u2022 You must have an understanding of various social media environments and dynamics, including memes, virality and other trends
\n\u2022 Access to and use of broadband Internet connection and accompanying computer and software to perform the work, all provided at own expense<\/p>\n

Working on this project will require you to go through the standard recruitment process (including going through an open book assessment). This is a long-term project and your work will be periodically subject to quality checks.<\/p>\n
