We are seeking a hands-on and proactive candidate for a Marketing Automation Analyst position at our luxury construction company, Olde Tyme Floor Co. The position is 6 to 12 hours per week. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager.<\/p>\n

\u041e\u0431\u044f\u0437\u0430\u043d\u043d\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0438:<\/p>\n

Design, setup and support of a marketing automation system to deliver targeted and personalized communications
\nSupport and integration support with Salesforce.com, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Test & Target, data warehouses and RESTful API services
\nCollaborate with other teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Product, Data Science, and Development) to successfully implement and execute cross-functional projects such as ABM, CX, attribution, personalization, and targeting
\nTranslate business needs into technical specifications, understand the basic technical level from the perspective of a business systems analyst
\nBuild automation with Zapier and Make.
\nDevelopment and maintenance of marketing automation platform technical documentation
\nRecommend when to leverage existing Oracle Eloqua capabilities versus purchasing and building new solutions
\nWork with Business Applications team related to CRM integration and next generation marketing analytics infrastructure
\nRecommend and implement audience segmentation strategies that incorporate available demographic and behavioral criteria from various sources in the marketing data ecosystem for effective design and response
\nMarketing infrastructure onboarding and marketing automation platform setup including scoring, multi-sensory drip nurturing and broadcast emails, profiling, segmentation, workflows and ROI reporting
\nCRM troubleshooting, development and implementation of long-term solutions according to existing requirements\/structure
\n\u0422\u0440\u0435\u0431\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043d\u0438\u044f:<\/p>\n

Good understanding of Web, CMS and related technologies
\nExcellent knowledge of Zapier and Make
\nAbility to design and implement API integration
\nThe ability to succeed through data efficiency and systems technology
\nThe ability to think logically and critically when troubleshooting, along with a desire to develop your technical set
\nAbility to solve problems and consider process improvements
