Senior pediatric nurse\/team leader
\nDuties and Responsibilities
\n1. Lead a program of activities appropriate for the age range of children in your area c
\ncommunity with other staff;
\n2. Keep a proper record of achievement file on your key children, for parents\/guardians;
\n3. Work with parents\/guardians of children with special needs for full integration into the Environment;
\n4. To support all personnel and involve in a good team of personnel;
\n5. Communicate with and support parents\/guardians and other family members;
\n6. Be involved in activities outside working hours, such as training, monthly staff meetings,
\nfundraising activities;
\n7. Be flexible within the work practices of the Settings. Be ready to help where needed
\nincluding performing certain household chores within the Institution, for example, preparing snacks, meals,
\nequipment cleaning, etc.;
\n8. Work with the manager and HR team to ensure that the project philosophy is in place
\nperformed;
\n9. Recording accidents in the accident book. Make sure the manager initials the report before
\nthe father receives it;
\n10. Look at the Setup as a \u201cwhole\u201d where your help can be most used, be constant
\nawareness of children's needs;
\n11. Make sure that the child is going to a familiar setting;
\n12. Respect the confidentiality of the received information;
\n13. Develop your role in the team, especially in relation to a key employee;
\n14. Specific childcare tasks:
\nPreparation and completion of activities according to the child's stage of development;
\nIn order for mealtime to be a time of pleasant social exchange;
\nWashing and changing children as necessary;
\nProviding comfort and warmth to a sick child;<\/p>\n

15. To ensure the creation of a quality environment to meet the needs of individual children
\nfrom different cultures and religious backgrounds and stages of development;
\n16. To be aware of the high profile of the Environment and to maintain its standards at all times.
\n17. Actively promote and support the protection of children and youth in
\nworkplace, ensuring policy settings and procedures are followed at all times<\/p>\n
