As\u00a0Senior Full Stack\u00a0Engineer\u00a0(m\/f\/d) at Consultport, you’ll be joining a high-performing engineering team with a product focus and shipping mindset. You’ll help to build features fundamental to the success of the business. Likewise, you’ll be working on a well-maintained codebase spread across Ruby on Rails, GraphQL and React, with a high test coverage and well-used conventions and patterns.<\/p>\n

What you’re getting into. We have a lot to build, so expect masses of autonomy, thinking from first principles and lots of face-time with the team as we work together on building an amazing business. You’ll be one of the core-team engineers at Consultport. You’ll have a huge role in deciding how we structure the code, the technology we use and a big impact on the process of shipping a high-quality product.<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n

You would be a great fit if you…<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Write\u00a0rock solid Ruby\u00a0code that is secure, well tested and easy to maintain<\/li>\n
  • Have senior-level experience with\u00a0Javascript\u00a0and\u00a0React<\/li>\n
  • Focus on understanding the product first, then start to code<\/li>\n
  • Are a pragmatic engineer who enjoys creating simple, yet elegant solutions that works<\/li>\n
  • Develop with passion for excellent User Experience<\/li>\n
  • Have an eye for beautiful User Interfaces with pixel-perfect styling skills<\/li>\n
  • Embrace true Agile principles & best practices<\/li>\n
  • Have the ability to prioritize, justify and manage your own roadmap<\/li>\n
  • Have at least 6 years of experience in projects written in Ruby and using React or similar libraries<\/li>\n
  • Are fluent in written and spoken English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • You have experience in React Native as well<\/li>\n
      • Either you are based in Berlin or open to travel or relocation & have eligibility to work in the EU – even if we are remote-first, we love to meet each other often<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
