NRGwise is currently looking an enthusiastic, high energy, motivated and talented Customer Service Representative to join our team.<\/p>\n

  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office and online software.<\/li>\n
  • Organized and detail oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Reporting to the office manager, your primary duties will include:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Answering and placing calls with customers, contractors, and other industry partners<\/li>\n
    • Book appointments into our online booking system<\/li>\n
    • Establish and maintain a positive rapport and relationship with clients<\/li>\n
    • Answering e-mails and voicemails promptly<\/li>\n
    • Ability to problem solve<\/li>\n
    • Other tasks as needed from time to time\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \u041d\u0430\u0432\u044b\u043a\u0438 \u0438 \u0443\u043c\u0435\u043d\u0438\u044f:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Polite phone etiquette<\/li>\n
