Guest Relations Agent Job Abroad – new culture, luxury experience, big, friendly team. Our constant Employer is looking for experienced Guest Relations Agent for work in 5* Hotel in Erbil, Iraq.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
  • Addressing and escalating customer complaints
  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests
  • Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
  • Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
  • Record information in the logbook daily
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Specific qualifications for the position includes:

  • Fluent English
  • Professional in dealing with the guests
  • 2 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of Opera and Micros will be an advantage
